This very nice Henning Doderer, 14 fret, selmer model. This guitars was build in 1994 and you can tell he put some effort into making this instrument. It’s a classic Selmer type guitar but with some additional twists to the original design. The back and sides are made out of solid woods, resulting in a richer tone then a typical selmer. The bridge has some bone added to it, making the tone more clear. The guitar has a thin layer of lacqeur, which allows the instrument to be responsive and open. The neck has been waxed what gives it a natural and smooth feel. This is a very comfortable instrument, suitable for playing melodic and singing chords aswell as for playing single notes on a high volume.
